I just got my refund from ATI (thanks!) for a Radeon 7000 Mac Edition. For OSX, there was a pasted-on label (I have no idea what info it is covering) saying: use a B&W. But in the manual, it says use any PCI Mac. On a 8500, Photoshop was much faster (Classic OS). On my Beige with OSX, 768 MB Ram, SpeedRun for OSX gave a video rating 3 times slower (yes, PCI enabler for QE working) than the original onboard 2 MB Rage video. The bus speed on the B&W (both rev. a & b?) is 66 MHz. The beige G3 only has 33 MHz on any PCI slot. YMMV of course. Cheers George
