Standard layout issues. Doesn't come up in any other flavor of 
Mozilla so it was really frustrating. I haven't, and likely won't, 
write Apple about it because all I had to do was write and if/then 
clause in my PHP to avoid it.

I'll probably write Apple sometime next month when things have calmed 
down for me.
