Do it yourself.  Lift the keyboard and go for it.  Your user manual has
illustrated pictures of the procedure in it.  It is not difficult and it is
not worth the money to take it to a service rep...unless you are *really*
uncomfortable with technical procedures...such as sharpening a pencil.
