Hi Bill,
1) Possible but 9 disks can't all be bad, I don't think.
2)This might be a good possibility. But, were this the case, why won't the machine see
the external zip drive either?
3)Already downloaded the newest drivers, followed their specified directions prior to
transfer and still nothing has changed....the machine neither sees nor recognizes
either the internal nor the external zip drives.
4) The cables are tight, but it might be a bad cable connector or a bad cable
altogether. I'll let you know what I discover.
