10 ns equates to 100 MHz, and your Beige requires only 66 MHz ("-15", if such 
a thing were actually coded properly).

8 ns equates to 125 MHz, but it is most likely really 133 MHz (which would be 
"-7.5", if the chip manufacturers would code their sticks correctly).

So, SDRAM speed access time it not very likely your problem.
