Hello gang I'm new to the list.

I thought I might chime in on this.

Your incorrect.

There are more machines..... Now think about this.... Since since 1976
Apple has produced more models with a floppy drive than without.

>From 1976 through 1999 this is over a 23 year span. Some had dual external
floppys, one to boot off, the other for copying and saving to.

I have one of the last few Beige G3 Servers to roll off the assebly line in
1999. This is only a four year span as apposed to a 23 year span. You do the
math. Wanna guess how many Macs were produced in a 23 year period? 25
million? 30 million? 50 million units? 80? 100?

Apple II GS
Apple II's
Apple IIe
Lisa's (This doesn't include the 10's of thousands that Apple bulldozed in
the landfill)
Mac plus (some were sold with dual, one internal one external)
Perofrma
Mac Classics
Mac Color Classics
LC's
Quadras
Centris
PowerMacs 6100, 7100, 8100, 9150
7200's
7500's
8500
9500
8600
9500
6200 series
G3 Desktops, G3 Towers
Powerbooks
G3 Laptops

This is a partial list gang......

Got to Apple's website... you can see a list of all the models they made in
the specification section.

Technically? There are more at this point in time Macs with floppies than
without.

Food for though gang!
