I have the exact same iBook running 10.2.6 with 192Mb ram and the original 6Gb hard drive as well as an airport card. It comes with 64Mb of permanent ram on board. I use mine for photo storage, word processing, faxing, and even site support on the road. It supports up an additional 512mb ram in a single additional ram slot. It's not as fast as it was with 9.2.2, but it suits my home away from home needs just fine for now. I have had absolutely no problems with that configuration and OS X.
