Local mac shop has a PCI Radeon 7000 Mac Edition for $200 CND (120 USD)
Local PC shop as a New In Box PCI Radeon 7000 card for PeeCee for $100 CND. The PC card does not have an S-Video port or a Flat Screen DV connector like the Mac Card. Both cards are new in the box so I do not have a chance to hold them both side by side. Both cards are official ATI - Retail boxed cards, Not OEM cards or 3rd party manufactured.
Question:
Has anyone successfully flashed a PC Radeon 7000 card with Mac Radeon BIOS? I have a PeeCee to backup the PC BIOS and a free PCI slot in my G3.
The problem is, I do not want the PC Radeon card if the mac bios hack doesn't work :-P
