Any G3/G4(Pci, Yikes!) board that has a Zif socket should accept 
the processor from your Beige G3.  This should include the DT, MT and
AIO G3's.  I would guess that the same chip should also work in a 
PCI G4 motherboard.  I could be wrong on that one, but I don't see
how it shouldn't work.  As for configuration, that would be handled by
the FSB and Multiplier jumpers on the motherboard.  

Are you looking to sell your 333 and upgrade?
