You didn't mention the exact model of your iMac but the last iMac to use the SO-DIMM was the 333 mhz. According to the Apple specs database everything above the iMac Slot Loading DV model (at 350 or 400 MHZ) uses PC 100 DIMMs. So that RAM should work in yours.
