Could you post where you got this info ? Have never heard of this. I have had at least one of every mac up to this one ( Presently using, MDDP 1.25 / 1 GB RAM / 160 GB HD, 17 " Ti 1 GB Ram / 60 GB HD, BGE 400/ 768 Ram 60 & 40 GB HD ) I Have pressed the CUDA button at least 10 times consecutively on all of them numerous times and have NEVER smoked a MOBO yet.
