It only has this problem when the system goes to sleep. If I set system sleep to never and only put the monitor to sleep, it wakes just fine. FLASH the card for 183.33 MHz GPU and 166.67 MHz VRAM, and see if that is an improvement. If not, FLASH the card for 166.67 MHZ GPU and VRAM.
