Hello. I am running a BW g3/300 upgraded to a G4 /450 with an 40 Gig HD on a IDE Card. I upgraded my IDE Card to a SIIG Ultra 133 IDE controller and closed the case up. The computer hung up and I opened the case and rebooted thinking the ribbon cables were pinched or something. It booted up and then there was a spark off one of the power port to a drive and the computer went out. I then rebooted and the chimes sounded and the power lights came on the mother board and all but the Monitor and the USB optical mouse did not light up. Any ideas of what is causing this problem and how to correct it. I am needing help and am going to the Apple store to look at the computer but not fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
