This sounds like the Monitor out connector for Performa series Macs. On the
630 and 6x00 series, there's a small slot towards the front of the logic
board that says "monitor" - one plugs the *really small* card (it's more of
a connector, isn't it, Anders?) into the slot, the ribbon cable extends
across the length of the logic board, where at the other end one affixes the
15-pin Mac monitor port to one of the smaller "knock out" openings on the
back, giving you a second monitor-out port. Yes, believe it or not, the
Performa 6200 road apple can actually runs two monitors!
I've got two of 'em left, I can double check the part no. to verify.
