I have a formac pro TV card I got some time ago for not a lot but they are apparently not carried by formac anymore.
check out: http://www.adobe.com/products/premiere/cards.html for video cards working with premiere.
By the way---iMovie will not work with anything but a firewire input or a DV source file so you better thing about software too.
