Well, when I moved my iTunes library from one disk to another, all I did was drag the folder into the iTunes window, and all were imported into the new library pretty quickly.
I suspect that doing that on the PC will work, too... Mount the iTunes folder as a drive on the PC and drag 'n drop into iTunes on the PC...
