I've got a Sonnet ATA/133 RAID card, but don't have a second HD yet so I
can't start using RAID. I want to start using the card (non-RAID) right now
with my existing HD w/o initializing it.
I heard one can update the driver of the HD with FWB s/w and perhaps
SpeedTools. Is this still true when you are using Jaguar/Panther on the HD?
Is it still safe to use such a driver, if so which version of which s/w can I
use, or is there still a risk of losing all data?
