Okay so far this is what I have come up with.
I tired my internet connection on the Mac and everything works out great. I am still not able to access any internet in Windows 2000.
When I try to ping with microsoft.com or their IP address it says times out and never connects and all packets fail.
I do notice that when I enter microsoft.com as the ping site it does give me an IP address for Microsoft.com
Anyone have any idea why my internet connection will not work in Windows but works fine on my Mac?
Make sure you don't have a firewall blocking VPC's access to the 'net.
How is the Mac connected to the 'net?
What are its internet settings - ip, hostmask, gateway, dns?
Within Win2k, show me the complete results of ipconfig/all and tracert www.microsoft.com
