buy MS office X in US

It seems that the MS Office update in the US is a lot cheaper than in 
The Netherlands. If I have to believe the prices on the different 
websites, the price is around $225. Here in Holland they sell the UK 
versions, but the price is around $380. So my question is: Is it a good 
idea to buy the US version? Maybe the UK version has the dutch 
dictionary for spell checking and the US version does not?
