I saw this today in PC World and thought I'd mention it here on the G3 list. It is a download($64 bucks)which allows PC's to read & retrieve files from Mac high density disk.
http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file_description/0,fid,5379,00.asp The question...just how necessary is it? Is someone trying to sell the PC'ers the blue sky? What simple advice to the PC using public would the sage "hardcore Apple junkie" offer? ....I mean for $64 bucks they could almost pick up an old Mac outfit...switch.....and learn both platforms while making the world a better place. I picked up a nice 6400 Performa 180 tower/keyboard/mouse/ext.modem for like $35. A few bucks for a PC monitor adaptor and I was up n learning. Just using this as an example.
