Using Eudora 6.0.1, G3 MT, 512 MB RAM, OS 9.2.2, 56K dial up.

Eudora runs very slow, so slow that I have to wait for the screen to catch up to my two finger keyboarding. All other applications run in normal fashion, including Netscape. There is no modem activity while Eudora is slowly trying to open a message.

I have flushed out a lot of old messages, reset the PRAM, rebuilt the Desktop and rebooted. A reboot seems to cure the problem for a time but the slowdown comes back.

Can anyone suggest what should be done next?

Thanks.

Keith
