Fixed it by going back to an earlier version of Xpostfacto, before he started monkeying around with SCSI. For the record, the latest version of Xpostfacto causes errors with Pro Tools 6.2.2 or 6.2.3 in 10.3.3. My OS 9 classic side (separate hard drive) running Pro Tools 5.2 did not have the same problems so I knew it had to be something related to the OS X install and the only thing different recently was Xpostfacto. Deleted all references to Xpostfacto, reinstalled Xpostfacto 3.0a12 and everything works fine again. Posted info to their forums just in case someone else hits the same wall.
