I'm using an IOGear MiniView G-CS104U, four port KVM switch, to control a Beige G3 and a Win2K box. It works rather well. The only caveat is this model doesn't support "hot key" switching, you have to manually switch it from box to box. No big deal if it is close by. Otherwise it works great. The switch box was approximately $115.00 through Tiger Direct. I believe you can also get a two port switch for somewhat less. And I believe IOGear also recently released a two port switch that also supports audio.
I'm also using a Logitech Internet Navigator USB keyboard and MS USB Optical IntelliMouse. The keyboard has keys mapped for both OS's and works quite well with my set up. The only issue with the keyboard is it's controlling software is OS X only. And the mouse has drivers for both OS's, also. USB Overdrive might work well also
You can, of course, use any USB mouse/keyboard that fits your needs the best.
This is what I use and it works for me. Hope this helps.

Hi there:
Is anyone using a Monitor/Keyboard/Mouse (MKM) USB box to control a B&W as
well as a Windows machine? I have to run both as a Lan Analyst on the
Windows side, but a Mac-User on the personal side. Currently I'm using
seperate Monitors, Keyboards(the small iMac original model to save space)
and seperate mice. I'd like to cut down on the real estate used by all
these and wondered what choices people had made? I don't use the "Windows"
keys much on a PC keyboard so my preference would be a Macintosh "keyed"
USB type. Also a scroll mouse, which I do use a lot of in Windows.
Thanks for any help,
Pax, Gareth
