My problem is that DVD player crashes hard every 20-40 minutes and I need to restart the machine. I am trying to figure out of the problem is DVD player or if my machine just doesn't have the guts to play DVDs (I don't have the DVD card).
VLC can play DVDs fine without crashing but it drops a lot of frames. Is there anyway to get it to work better?
