Hi Bill It sounds like it's more a software issue and how Outlook is sending things to the mail server. Have you double-checked that the individuals in the distribution lists were added correctly. Or not formatted strangely and differently from their individual listings? I could imagine having a comma between recipients instead of a semicolon or vice versa (don't really know what outlook/server likes) would muck it up. Did you check to see that you have the latest outlook updates? Good Luck Tracy
