Well, I figured it out. Thanks for all your help.  It was a combination 
of bad ram, and a Bad CD-ROM drive. I replaced the ram, and replaced 
the CD-ROM drive. She works like a champ now. Boots off the CD with no 
problems. So once I get this bad boy all set up, I will sell it.  I 
also have a PowerBook G3 (Pismo), that I also will be selling. I'll 
give more details later. If you want specifics ask me off list. Email
