Just stumbeled at this report @ xlr8yourmac.com, a Yikes ownwer (Yikes= 
a first rev G4 with the B&W G3 architecture) which compares his previous 
Sonnet G4/500 ZIF with his new Powerlogix G3/1GHz upgrade.
FYI: the G3/1GHz from Powerlogix runs @ 100MHz bus speed.
