I'm sorry I did not mention that I had updated it to the latest and greatest
of everything available to my knowledge.

I am in the middle of complete wipe and reinstall of everything (OS9.2.2 and
10.3.4 all updates from apple to date) using a ATI Rage 128 card that works
fine with the 10.3.4 OS.

Then I'm going to turn off the machine and install the Xclaim VR Pro card
and boot it back up to see what happens.
