I'm just about ready to load Jaguar onto my G3/350/ATX box. Some
questions: do I need to do a Firmware Update?
Try running Software Update in OS 9.2 and seeing if it has any firmware update listed. That or check Apple Support.
Will AppleWorks be there?
I don't think AW is in the retail Jaguar package. It may be in some machine specific installs.
Will Safari?
Yes
Does the 8 mg partition deal still hold?
I don't think so. The installer will tell you if it's an issue
I did a 10.0 on a G3/8500 a year or two ago and it was too klunky to bother with, and this is a re-try, so to speak. Any other advice?
