Yes it will, PC100 (and PC133 I Beleive) is backward compatable with the
pc66 spec. I had 3 sticks of 256meg pc100 ram in my beige mt and it worked
fine.
This is a better answer. It will fit, but it will only run at PC66 speeds. Good catch.
