Netscape 4.8 is having so many problems with web sites, that I ordered the Netscape 7.0 Install disk (have 7.1 also but it is only for OSX) and installed it on the OS9 Hard Drive. Then, when I opened it to run, I get this message: "The application Netscape cannot open because NSRuntime cannot be found." What is this NSRuntime?
