I am planning to shoehorn a beige G3 into an old Apple ][
but in order to get a keyboard to fit I need to remove the
numeric keypad from the keyboard.

I am planning to use one of the older small ADB keyboards
that came with the SE, Classics etc.

I have both the old squarish and the newer keyboard so
should either prove easier than the other then any info
on this will also be appreciated.

Basically, my question is:

- Can one chop the ADB keyboard (and if sow how best) ?

I am thinking that I may have to resolder a few connections
as I need a port for the mouse while the keyboard occupies
the motherboard ADB port, so a straigh chop isn't possible.
