The Radeon 9800 with 128MB is a 2X/4X video card not an 8X.  The 8X  
9800 has 256MB and will only work in a G5.  So to answer your  
question.....  The 128MB 9800 will work in your G4 466.

Theoretically you could, but it would be overkill IMHO. That is far
too much graphics processor for your main processor. In my old DP450
Sawtooth, I used a Radeon 9000 and it was a good fit. You can get them
on eBay for fairtly reasonable prices.

Now that Radeon 9800 would be sweet in my new G5. Anybody got an extra
