New (to me) iMac

[GDB-iMac-X.3.5]

I have to admit I was impressed when this machine arrived.  It is in 
very good condition and it even arrived with 10.3.x on it instead of the 
10.2.3 it was advertised with.  I do have a few questions, is this 
generally considered a 2nd generation iMac?  It is basically indentical 
to my B&W 400 Mhz machine as far as the processor and speed is 
concerned.  I had originally planned to put an 80 Gb HD in here and bump 
the RAM up.  I see it only accepts a max of 2 sticks, are there any 
other characteristics of the RAM I should be aware of?  I had planned to 
get some from OWC as I did for my B&W.
