There are no PCI modems for Macs that I have ever seen.
Your B&W uses a special internal 56k modem that is not a PCI card but was made for the B&W and also the Yikes G4 I think. The modems are cheap and plentiful on the used market at about $20.00 and they work pretty well. I can get 46-48 speeds on the B&W internal modem on the same lines my PTP external US Robotics 56k only gets 33 at best, ever....
Downloads are about 4-6kbs on the B&W modem and about 2-3kbs on the US Robotics.
Your other options are:
1. A USB modem - Sorry don't know anything about them but with OSX it should be a no brainer to use.
2. A USB to Serial adapter to attach a serial external modem to the USB port. (costs about as much as the B&W modem)
If you download the Apple manual it will show how to install the modem. It's an easy 1 minute job.
