Some early and intermediate /233s and /266s were supplied with internal SCSI Zips. All /300s and faster had later ROMs, so should these have Zips, they are likely EIDE drives. Those late machines were usually not supplied with internal SCSI cables, but every one (of whatever revision) had an external SCSI connector.
