Thanks for the info, Bruce. On one hand, I feel like going "Doh!" a la Homer Simpson. . .on the other hand, I'm kind of stunned because the guy that sold me the Wallstreet told me that it would need a new battery, but he didn't say that there simply wasn't a battery at all! I guess you can choose between a floppy drive and a power module. At least it is easy to pop the sucker in and out. I appreciate the info, Bruce!

Well, asking on the G-books list is probably a better source, but there's a lever on the front edge of the Wallstreet. Pull on the end at the edge of the computer and the battery will pop out. The other one will pop out the CD drive.
