HI Wilton, Are we to presume that this is a recent acquisition (the G3) and you haven't reformatted the HD from the previous owner? Can you get into the "User" volume, get to the owner's account's appropriate folder and trash w/out launching iTunes? If it is a recent acquisition, maybe the seller will give you the password? Just looking for missing pieces to the puzzle. Thank you, Dana
