As others have said you can make your own. I would try automotive gasket
material which you can buy in sheets, make sure you isolate the screws also
with a washer between the head and the case.
There is a material (also automotive I think) which you can glue to the
inside of the case, in any areas where there are large expanses of metal,
which will cut out the vibrations which add to the total noise of the
system. MaximumPC has an article on this in one of their issues. Noise, due
to cooling, is more of a PC problem I thought, although my beige G3 is quite
loud. Wasn't there a Mac which didn't have a fan because SJ wanted a silent
computer? Maybe the Lisa, not sure.
Also, depending on which year model you have, some have a fan which is
controlled by the CPU , there used to be an exchange program where you could
swap your ps and system fans for quieter models. (from Macworld May 2003).
The same issue also describes a 700 buck case by Crywolf Consulting for the
mirror-drive-door PMacs. The Gcab used heat-pipe and airflow technologies to
reduce (this was a G4 mentioned) noise level from 65 db to 37 (wow).

(more info than anyone probably needed)
