The DDS drive bezel was made by Proline Distribution, Inc, but they are 
no longer making these products.

The DDS kit was their P/N K8640.

When Proline went out of business, these were selling for $2.40 (two 
dollars and forty cents).

I believe the regular retail price was $24.00.

The kit included the bezel and the shield.
