Yes, everything works except sending mail when I am connected to 66.59.162.166. I get the message "I said: USER mchapman And then the POP server said: -ERR Unable to connect to external server."

When I am connected to 66.59.162.165 everything works fine (Sending, receiving, internet access, telnet, etc.).

do you mean by periodic. What happens when you send mail? What OS and mail program are you using.

I am using OSX 10.2 with Eudora 6.2 (same problem with Eudora 6.1 and Entourage).


Where did you get the IP numbers you listed and how are you using them.

They show up beside "Router" in the Networks Preference Pane.
