where did you buy the monitor? any reasonable seller, individual or company, should be willing to
compensate you with a partial or total refund. monitors are one of those things you really want to
see before buying used or have a guarantee as they can develop all kinds of problems, and not all
people notice those problems or bother to mention them in adds.

I fully agree with full disclosure and testing. I always advise people to buy the best monitor they can, even if it means getting the dual 2GHZ instead of the dual 2.5GHz. 6-8 months from now the difference between a 2.0 and 2.5 machine will be negligible, but you will thank yourself every day for years for getting the better monitor.


However, I got this monitor on a job site ( I buy and sell used office furniture) for the cost of my labor to put it in my truck, so I can not complain too much.
