Hi all,

So, I have a disk which I was told was a VCD. Well, not any kind I've encountered before. When I open the disk there are several files including one labeled "MPEGAV." In that are files labeled "AVSEQxx.DAT," where xx is the file number. I was told these would open with Windows Media Player. They did not. Nor with any of the other AV players including Quicktime. Real Player 1 and 10, and also VLC. Can my G4 AGP 400MHz, 896MB RAM play these files at all? Any suggestions as to how?

TIA,
        Anand
