I have a flashed Radeon 7000 (64Mb) card in a B&W G3 (with a G4/550 upgrade in it) and now PCI Extreme (to enable Quartz Extreme with PCI cards) is not working.
Any ideas?
Thanks Mike
XLR8YourMac has a 10.3.7 feedback page <http://www.xlr8yourmac.com/OSX/10.3.7_feedback.html> that has noted people are using the video framework from 10.3.6 to enable PCI Extreme. Remember this hack was actually simply changing a parameter file to enable OS X to accelerate PCI video cards using Quartz. The details are here: <http://www.xlr8yourmac.com/OSX/quartz_extreme_PCI_mod.html#hack> Those of you who have updated to 10.3.7 (I have not updated yet) might want to poke around and see if the file is still there or has changed its name or ???.
