2nd or 3rd time this has happened:

At startup (hybrid PCI Mac, Xlr8 G3 processor 300MHz, OS 9.1), not
all the extensions load up. Kaleidoscope and the Wacom tablet extensions
don't load; Wacom tells me that I'd "interrupted" the start-up proceess.
But Palm Desktop loads to background, and the Appearance is at least
partway up. Still, I don't have Apple Menu at full fuctionality (no
sub-menu directorsies on mouse-over), and things are hit and miss.
Restarting once didn't restore full extensions. The other day, fourth
time was a charm.

Any idea what's wrong? What I should do?
