Are there any listas with beiges and the Radeon 7000 out there that have successfully updated to 10.3.7 and can still use QE?
It's an issue with QE, not the card. Apple got rid of one component of QE, which component enabled it on a PCI system. You have to use Pacifist and install one package out of the 10.3.6 combo updater to re-enable it. Google for the answer, I saw it posted somewhere recently.
That said, enabling QE never really shown me much of a gain on a PCI card in return for a lot of crashing.
