On a Sawtooth, there is a Firewire in the same location on mine. On my Yosemite, I see what looks like a RF connector through hole pads, I assume that is what you are talking about?

It is marked USB port 0 and there are five holes to connect pins to if you count the one in the middle. Of course one would need to know the pinout to use the port successfully.
