Sounds like a USB to PS/2 adaptor. I have one that came with a printer that does Mac and windows.

It's not a modem/printer or ADB mouse/KB connector.

Initially I thought "Hey, I might be able to use my PCAlly mouse on the 6116"... no such luck.
