Greetings all,
I am making preliminary research into going wireless for our household
network.
Currently I am servicing two B+W Rev 2 G3s (400 and 450 mhz running Jaguar
and Panther), a beige G3 tower/333mhz (OS 9.2.2), and a PC now and then
running WIN 98 and up (this is not a crucial issue). Hopefully I'll be
getting a couple of G4s soon, but if I do, chances are the Airport cards
won't be with them, so I am looking at PCI card-based receivers for each
unit.
We're connected via cable broadband with a Linksys cable modem and a Linksys
router.
Advice on what to get for base station (transmitter?) and receivers would
be much appreciated.

Question: if one uses an Airport base station, is the only option Airport
cards, or are there any other compliant options?

Many, many thanks.
Dana
