The weird thing is that I can make copies of my store-bought DVDs and the 
player reads those just fine.  It just has problems with ones I have encoded 
myself.  When I put it in the player, it tries to read it for about 30-40 
seconds, and spits the thing out.  And I have tried different ways of burning, 
and that doesn't seem to be the issue.
